My favorite person helped me work on my kiln today. Kiln maintenance was long overdue. Wish me luck. I test fire it tomorrow. If all goes well, I will have new pieces ready to go by the end of the week.

A year ago a new friend asked me to make him a wildly colorful olive oil bottle. I wasn’t very good at making bottles. You have to collar the top to an exact size to fit the spout and clay shrinks.
